H2B WORKERS
Each year, young adults on H-2B Visas come to the United States from around the world to live and work, filling jobs where there is a shortage of American workers. The H-2B Work USA program can help arrange H-2B Visas for new workers or extend an H-2B Visa for a current employee.
H-2B Work USA Offers Two Placement Options:
EIRAS-Arranged
If you have not found employees and want us to recruit and screen international employees and arrange the H-2B Visa documentation for you.
Self-Arranged
If you have already found the employee you want to bring to the U.S. and want us to arrange the H-2B Visa documentation for you.
All participating workers are pre-screened, tested for English fluency and are legally qualified to work in the United States for your full season. Both options include full support for employers and employees throughout the entire program.

Reasons to Hire International Workers
With a Shortage of American Workers, You Get the Staff You Need
Young adults (ages 18-40) from all over the world are ready, willing, dedicated and motivated to work for your full season. When there are no American workers available in your area, we can help you fill temporary or seasonal positions.
Staffing for an Entire Season
H-2B Visas allow international employees to work in the U.S. for your full season--typically 5 or 6 months. There is no need to hire and train multiple staff for one position.
Internationalize Your Workplace
Employees from more than 30 countries add an international flair to your business. We screen and interview all applicants and evaluate them for English fluency.
Employee Commitment to Employers
The H-2B Visa stipulates that employees can only work for the company named on the H-2B Visa petition, so you can count on international workers for the entire season. Applicants sign a contract agreeing to work through their full commitment and meet all job requirements.
