EIRAS Career Training USA recruit international university students and young professionals to intern or train in the United States. EIRAS offers program participants the chance to intern for up to 4 months through the International Student Internship Program, or train for 6, 12, or 18 months through the International Practical Training Program. Participants get the opportunity to develop unique skills in the U.S. that they can use when they return to their home country.

International Practical Training Program

This program offers university students and young professionals with a chosen career path training in their field for 6, 12, or 18 months. Host employers work with participants to develop a training program that allows both parties to benefit from the experience. Some of the fields we sponsor include:

EIRAS cannot recruit training programs in the arts (arts administration is allowed), medicine, teaching, social work or manual labor For manual labor or entry-level work and seasonal work, see our Work & Travel USA or H-2B Work USA headings.

International Student Internship Program

The International Student Internship program is for full-time university students to intern in their fields of study for up to 4 months during their summer vacation. Program fields are varied and internships are mostly entry-level positions that provide hands-on experience and the chance to interact with U.S. employees and clients, as well as the chance to experience life in the United States.
